Save May 18 for a visit to our 2024 Open House! Our usual yearly party was sidelined by the pandemic, but now it’s back. Stop by–everybody’s welcome, especially kids! Meet our volunteers and learn how you can get involved yourself. Get your photo taken with a firefighter or EMT. Check out our fire and medical skills. And so much more! Here’s a sampling of what we’ll have for you.

• Crawl through a tunnel to learn how to get out of the house when there’s a fire. 

• See our new “simulated patient” mannequin in action.

• Get a junior FF/EMT card for your future first responder.

• How long does it take a firefighter to don their protective gear and breathing apparatus? Time them!

• See how we break through a locked door.

• Marvel at our demonstration of the Jaws of Life.

• Refuel at our food trucks!
